Service Overview

This communication service provides an interactive button that can be placed on websites, web banners, email messages, and interactive documents. When the button is clicked, it initiates an instant telephone connection between that person and your company. (For a full description of rates and terms, please visit our Signup page.)

For web use, each web page owner has their own service button(s) placed on their site’s page(s). For activation, we contact your Web Administrator and provide the code and easy installation information. For eCommerce use, each button owner is sent a copy of their button code, and they can also copy their fully functional button from a secure web portal that we provide. The button can be copied and placed in email messages, web banners, and interactive documents

How does this service work? You select a phone number that you want contacts to reach when your button is clicked. This phone number can be updated at any time. When someone clicks your connect button, a dialogue box appears, and the person enters their name and phone number. This information is sent immediately to our telephony servers, which instantly dial and connect you with the person that clicked the button, in a standard telephone call. Its THAT SIMPLE. No special hardware or software purchase is required.

The net effect of this application is that a consumer clicks the button on your website and in a few moments they are called and connected to a sales or service representative.

If a representative is unavailable to take the incoming call, the system will connect the consumer to whatever type of voicemail or answering service that the representative utilizes for that phone number.

Lead Capture

The Name and Phone number Information captured from the consumer has multiple uses:
The information is used by the service to immediately place the requested call back to the consumer while connecting the representative.
The information is stored and presented for 30-days, via a private access web page for your company to view, including the date/time of call, consumer’s name, and consumer’s callback phone number.
An optional data-mining service also provides the registered name and mailing address belonging to the telephone number used to connect to you.

Easy Access to Features

Through a private access Web Page, each client has access to control service options. These features include call history reports/follow-up information, button text, your ring-to phone number, and security code control.

Automated Billing

Your services will be billed to your credit card. Depending on your service package, You are typically charged a one-time activation fee, a prepaid usage fee, and monthly recurring fee at initial sign-up. Ongoing monthly and usage fees will also be billed to your credit card.
